摘要
驱动桥桥壳作为汽车主要承载构件,对整车安全性及可靠性有较大影响。因此,在车辆正常行驶中,应确保驱动桥壳满足必要的力学性能。论文采用CATIA建立后桥桥壳的三维建模,运用Hypermesh进行网格划分,建立桥壳的有限元模型,通过ABAQUS软件分析桥壳在不同工况下的应力和应变,得到了桥壳的静态强度和振动频率,为桥壳的结构设计和优化提供理论依据。
The drive axle housing is the main load-bearing component of car,and its performance has great impact on the safety and reliability of the whole vehicle.Therefore,during normal vehicle driving,it should be ensured that the axle housing meets the necessary mechanical performance requirements.In this paper,the CATIA software is used to establish the 3D model of the rear axle housing on a certain type of truck.Use Hypermesh software to mesh and get the finite element model of the bridge shell.The ABAQUS software was used to analyze the stress and deformation of the axle housing under different working conditions,get the static strength and vibration frequency of the axle housing,provide theoretical basis for lightweight design of axle housings.
