商用车车载新风系统研究

摘要 文章采用独创式的轻量化顶置空调内外循环切换机构设计的同时,开创式地将家居新风系统理念引入商用车领域,在商用车上装配两台负压装置,进而形成车顶上方吸入车外新鲜空气、后端负压装置强制排出车内浑浊空气的新风系统。该商用车车载新风系统可有效形成负压,最大负压可达到-50Pa,能够满足国家卫生部的相关负压标准,明显改善车内空气环境质量,降低车内异味程度,有效降低顾客抱怨。尤其在疫情期间,可降低车内单位空间内的病毒数量,有效防止病人之间的交叉感染。 Based on the original type of overhead lightweight air conditioning inside and outside recirculation mechanism design,Innovatively introduced the concept of domestic fresh air system into the field of commercial vehicles.Two negative pressure devices was installed on commercial vehicles to form a fresh air system that inhales fresh air from outside and forces the stale air inside the car by the rear negative pressure device,The maximum negative pressure can reach-50 pa,which can satisfy the standard of the national institutes of health,This system improve air environmental quality of vehicles,reduce the degree of interior odor,effectively decrease the customer complaints.Especially during the epidemic period,which can reduce the number of virus in the unit space,prevent the cross-infection between patients effectively.
