摘要
随着汽车行业全球竞争的日益加剧,汽车的柔性自动化生产是汽车发展的必然趋势。为解决汽车焊装车间柔性自动化生产面临的多车型匹配问题,引入多种车型识别技术和自动防错报警机制,极大地提高了焊装车间自动化率。
With the increasing global competition in the automotive industry,the flexible automated production of automobiles is an inevitable trend of automobile development.In order to solve the multi-vehicle matching problem faced by the flexible automated production of automobile welding workshops,a variety of vehicle identification technologies and automatic error-proof alarm mechanisms have been introduced,which greatly improved the automation rate of the welding workshop.
