This article explains the necessity of holding vocational skills competitions under the vocational education group model.Taking the National Automobile Service Vocational Education Group as an example,analyzes the difficulties of vocational education groups holding vocational skills competitions,proposes the reasonable optimization of professional group resources,build sharing interactive communication platform,create the Vocational Education Group Skills Competi-tion brand effect,display the advantages of the Vocational Education Group in holding the competition,and hold open competitions to improve the quality of talent training.
