中国乘用车前照灯先进技术与发展趋势浅析

近年来中国乘用车前照灯在LED灯爆发式普及和“新四化”迅猛推进的大背景下出现了跨越式发展,如何使前照灯体现高智能化和强交互性以便提升整车的主动安全性能成为车灯行业探索的重点。文章通过对基于LED光源的矩阵大灯和像素大灯技术等前照灯先进技术的研究,分析了其原理及技术特点,并对其使用场景进行了阐述和探讨。文章判断矩阵大灯和像素大灯都是未来前照灯的必然前进方向,而出于技术难度和成本的考虑,矩阵大灯会在未来三到五年内得到普及,像素大灯也会在十年内得到推广。考虑到整车开发周期,结论为企业短中期进行相应技术储备指明了方向。

In recent years,China’s passenger car headlights have developed by leaps and bounds against the background of the explosive popularization of LED lights and the rapid advancement of the"four new modernizations".It becomes the focus of exploration in the automotive lighting industry that how to make the headlights possess high intelligence and strong interaction so as to improve the active safety performance of the vehicle.The article analyzes the principle and technical characteristics of the matrix headlight based on LED light source and pixel headlight technology,which are the advanced technology of headlights,and elaborates and discusses its usage scenarios.This article judges that matrix headlights and pixel headlights are the inevitable direction of future headlights.Due to technical difficulty and cost considerations,matrix headlights will be popular in the next three to five years,and pixel headlights will get promoted within ten years.Taking the vehicle development cycle into account,the conclusions of this article point out the direction for enterprises to carry out corresponding technical reserves in the short and medium term.
