摘要
从链斗卸船机的设计实践出发,针对链斗卸船机卸料头(以下简称BE)提升后物料转载过程中的的卸料方式的分类、物料的运动轨迹、物料顺利转载进入圆盘给料器而避免回料等关键问题进行了理论分析,为链斗间距、链条速度等参数的设计选型以及链条回路的布置提供了理论依据,可为链斗卸船机设计提供参考。
Starting from the design practice of the chain bucket ship unloader,the key issues such as the classification of the unloading method during the material reloading process after the BE lifting,the movement trajectory of the material,and the smooth reloading of the material into the disc feeder to avoid material return are analyzed in theory.The analysis provides a theoretical basis for the design and selection of parameters such as chain bucket spacing,chain speed and the layout of chain loops,which can provide a reference for the design of chain bucket ship unloaders.
