摘要
分析了岸桥吊具转销部件加工工艺,设计了滚丝加工工序和自动拉伸试验工序自动化方案。该方案可实现工件的自动化生产,提高产品检测实验的稳定性,降低生产成本,缩短制造周期。
The processing technology of the quay crane spreader's re-pin components is analyzed,and the thread rolling processing process and the automatic tensile test process automation scheme are designed.Through this scheme,the automatic production of workpiece is realized,the stability of product testing experiment is improved,the production cost and shorten the manufacturing cycle are reduced.
