产业集聚、社会关系网络与 农村电商创业绩效 被引量:15

摘要 随着国家“互联网+”“产村振兴”“大众创业,万众创新”等战略推进,农村地区逐渐实践国家战略,使农村电子商务创业形势不断向好,成为实现乡村振兴的新途径。全国各地推进农村电子商务产业集群促进地方经济发展,但产业集聚和社会关系网络是否促进农村电商创业尚不明。通过深入相关电商产业集聚区域问卷调研,运用SEM模型对产业集聚、社会关系网络与农村电商创业绩效间的作用机理计量分析,结果表明,产业集聚和社会关系网络均正向促进农村电商创业绩效;产业集聚在关系网络对农村电商创业绩效作用中具有正向显著调节效应。基于此,提出构建和维持良好的正式和非正式社会网络关系、充分发挥电子商务对产业集聚的影响、为农村电商创业者营造良好的氛围和环境等举措,为鼓励农村电商创业者创业、提升创业成功率和创业绩效水平提供参考,也为政府部门制定政策方案提供依据支撑。 With the continuous advancement of national strategies,such as"Internet+","revitalization of villages","widespread entrepreneurship and innovation",rural areas have gradually begun to practice national strategies,which has led to a continuous improvement in the rural e-commerce entrepreneurship situation,and has become a new way to achieve rural revitalization.Rural e-commerce industrial clusters across the country promoted local economic development,but it is unclear whether industrial agglomeration and social relationship networks will promote rural e-commerce entrepreneurship or not.Through in-depth questionnaire surveys in the relevant e-commerce industry agglomeration areas,the SEM model was used to quantitatively analyze the mechanism of action among industrial agglomeration,social relationship networks and rural e-commerce entrepreneurial performance.The results showed that industrial agglomeration and social relationship networks both had a positive effect on rural e-commerce entrepreneurial performance and industrial agglomeration had a positive and significant adjustment effect on the role of rural ecommerce entrepreneurial performance in the relationship network.Based on this,measures such as constructing and maintaining good formal and informal social network relationships,giving full play to the impact of e-commerce on industrial agglomeration,and creating a good atmosphere and environment for rural e-commerce entrepreneurs were proposed.These measures provided references for encouraging rural e-commerce entrepreneurs to start businesses,improve the success rate of entrepreneurship and the level of entrepreneurial performance,and provided basis supports for government departments to formulate policy programs.
