习惯形成、收入结构与 农村居民禽肉消费--基于2009~2018年江西省农村固定观察点数据

Habit Formation,Income Structure and Poultry Meat Consumption of Rural Residents--Based on Data from Fixed Observation Points in Rural Areas of Jiangxi Province from 2009 to 2018

促进农村居民禽肉消费对于调整肉类消费结构、改善农民膳食营养结构、优化肉类生产结构、节约耕地资源、拉动经济增长、加快受新冠肺炎疫情影响的家禽产业恢复生产能力与健康发展具有重要意义。在此背景下,基于农业农村部全国农村固定观察点江西省2009~2018年的农户家庭微观面板数据,运用动态面板系统广义矩估计模型(SYS GMM),实证分析习惯形成和收入结构对农户禽肉消费的影响。结果表明,农户禽肉消费习惯形成效应较强;收入提高会促进农户禽肉消费,收入结构中,家庭人均转移净收入对禽肉边际消费倾向最大,其次为人均经营净收入、人均工资性收入和人均财产净收入。基于此,提出加强禽肉营养价值宣传、转变农村居民消费观念,增加农民收入、特别是转移性和经营性收入,促进农村居民非农就业等政策建议促进禽肉消费。

Promoting the consumption of poultry meat by rural residents is of great significance for adjusting the meat consumption structure,improving the dietary nutrition structure of farmers,optimizing the meat production structure,saving cultivated land resources,stimulating economic growth,and accelerating the recovery and development of the poultry industry affected by the COVID-19 epidemic.Under this background,based on the micro panel data of rural households in the rural fixed observation point of Jiangxi Province from 2009 to 2018 in the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,the dynamic panel system generalized moment estimation model was used to empirically analyze habit formation and income structure impact on consumption of poultry meat by rural residents.The results showed that the consumption of poultry meat by rural residents had a strong habit-forming effect;the increase in income could promote the consumption of poultry meat by rural residents.In the income structure,the net transfer income per capita of households had the greatest tendency to marginal consumption of poultry meat,followed by per capita net operating income,per capita wage income and per capita net income of property.Based on this,it was proposed to strengthen the publicity of the nutritional value of poultry meat,change the consumption concept of rural residents,increase farmers'income,especially transfer and operating income,promote the non-agricultural employment of rural residents,and other policy recommendations were proposed to promote poultry meat consumption.
