乡村振兴战略背景下河南农村三产融合发展问题探究

Research on the Integration of Three Industries in Henan Rural Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization

乡村振兴的关键是产业振兴,而产业振兴的关键在于农村三产融合发展。当前,河南农村三产融合的广度深度不够高,产业链延伸不够长;经营主体实力不强,利益联结不紧密;服务体系不完善,公共设施建设不到位。针对这些问题,应制定相应对策,提出可行性强的措施,比如园区带动、城乡联动、创新驱动、强本固基等,以有效促进河南农村三产融合发展。

Rural revitalization is the first industrial revitalization,the key to industrial revitalization in rural integration of the development of the three industries.Based on the comprehensive discussion of the connotation and essence of the integration development of the three industries in rural areas,this paper deeply analyzes the existing problems in the integration development of the three industries in rural areas in Henan Province,and puts forward feasible measures and corresponding countermeasures.
