摘要
为了解决产线线边零部件的物流自动运输的问题,根据客户需求设计了一套AGV传输系统。系统由自动导引小车(Automated Guided Vehicle,AGV)小车、输送链、充电站、各工位以及无线管控软件等组成。系统软件整体设计基于模块化思想,并使用了C#语言进行编程。软件应用表明,该系统运行稳定,易于操作,反应灵敏。
In order to solve the problem of automatic logistics transportation of production line parts,this paper designed a set of transmission system according to customer learning.The system consists of car,conveyor chain,charging station,each station,wireless control software and so on.The overall design of the system software is based on the idea of modularization,and C#language is used for programming.The practical application of software engineering shows that the system is stable,easy to operate and responsive.
