按照动车组列车的转向架检修测量工艺要求,转向架部件组装后,需要对转向架的轴距、车轮对角线、车轮与构架距离等进行测量调整,设计了一种转向架尺寸测量调整设备,包括动力机构、传动机构、举升机构、定位转臂、车轮定位机构、锁紧机构、固定平台、测量平台以及调整机构等。在测量过程中,车轮锁紧机构采用气动装置,代替了原有机械式的手动锁紧功能,降低了工人手动操作麻烦,提高了工作效率。

According to the technical requirements of bogie maintenance and measurement for EMU trains,the wheelbase,wheel diagonal,distance between wheel and frame of bogie need to be measured and adjusted after the assembly of bogie components.A kind of bogie dimension measurement and adjustment equipment is designed,including power mechanism,transmission mechanism,lifting mechanism,positioning arm,wheel positioning mechanism,locking mechanism Fixed platform,measuring platform,adjusting mechanism,etc.In the process of measurement,the wheel locking mechanism adopts pneumatic device instead of the original mechanical manual locking function,which reduces the manual operation trouble of workers and improves the work efficiency.
