浸没式液冷水箱轻量化设计与仿真分析

摘要 水箱是浸没式液冷技术实现的基础部件,其可靠性对液冷服务器的影响至关重要。目前,常用水箱采用焊接金属框架加内胆装配而成。传统水箱存在质量大、寿命低以及不利于承压等缺点。基于此,对水箱进行颠覆性设计,将装配结构改为一体成型结构。为了增加刚度,内部填充聚氨酯泡沫。依据等强度设计方法,确定了水箱的外观与尺寸。最后,针对两种结构形式分别进行仿真分析。仿真结果表明,采用等强度设计方法的新型轻量化水箱的质量较原框架水箱减轻23%,承压工况下最大应力下降94%以上,最大变形减小38%。 Water tank is the basic component of submerged liquid cooling technology,and its reliability is crucial to the influence of liquid cooling server.At present,the commonly used water tank is assembled by welded metal frame and inner liner.The traditional water tank has the disadvantages of large weight,low life and unfavorable pressure bearing.Based on this,the subversive design of the water tank is carried out in this paper,and the assembly structure is changed to an integrated molding structure.In order to increase the stiffness,the polyurethane foam is filled inside.The appearance and size of the water tank were determined based on the equal strength design method.Finally,the simulation analysis was carried out for the two structural forms.The results show that the weight of the new lightweight water tank using the equal strength design method is 23%less than that of the original frame water tank,and the maximum stress is reduced by more than 94%under the pressure condition,and the maximum deformation is reduced by 38%.
