摘要
桥式起重机是矿山、工厂、港口等必不可缺的起重设备。使用的地方不同,起重机的起重量及跨距不同。设计起重机时,需要根据起重量及跨距等主要参数,计算起重机主梁的形心和惯性矩,进而计算抗弯截面模量、挠度以及应力等,最终校核起重机强度和挠度,确定最佳的主梁外形尺寸和钢板厚度。基于此,主要介绍Excel在计算主梁主惯性矩时的具体应用和使用方法,从而为同行提供一些思路和参考。
The bridge crane is an indispensable lifting equipment in mines,factories,harbors,etc.,according to the demand in different places,the lifting capacity and span of the crane are different,when designing the crane,it is necessary to calculate the shape center and moment of inertia of the main beam of the crane according to the main parameters,such as the lifting capacity and span of the crane,and then calculate the bending section modulus,deflection,stress,etc.,and finally check the strength of the crane,The best overall dimension of main girder and thickness of steel plate are determined.This paper mainly introduces the specific application and use method of Excel in calculating the main moment of inertia of main girder,which provides some ideas and reference for peers.
