摘要
提出一种变流量数燃油喷嘴动态模拟装置。采用伺服电机驱动的调节阀、压力传感器、流量计等组成装置硬件。在分析真实喷嘴动力学模型的基础上,提出压差动力控制法,实现3组并联变流量数喷嘴的流量特性模拟。对模拟装置进行建模,分析其对流量突变、分配比突变等外界条件变化的响应。最后,通过实物样机验证可知,它在多喷嘴并联条件下可稳定运行,在总流量、分配比等外部条件变化时可快速响应与收敛。
A simulation device of variable flue number fuel nozzle was proposed,which is composed by servo motor driving control valve,pressure sensors,flow meter.Based on the dynamic model analyze of the real nozzle,a control strategy called pressure difference driving control is proposed to realize the flow character simulation of three parallel variable flow number fuel nozzle.Simulation model is created to analyze its response to outside interference,flow mutation,distribution ration change,etc.A real prototype is established at last to prove that the simulation device works steady in multipled nozzles,the system response convergent with outside interference.
