船体快速拼板工艺研究

摘要 浮式生产平台船体建造要求较高。16 mm以上钢板拼板即双面焊接,焊丝填充量大,易导致拼板出现波浪变形,增加了火工校正工作量。因此,从生产设计角度调整拼板件尺寸设置,利用三维软件生成拼板图和划线图,优化拼板焊接工艺。此外,从生产实践出发,提升数控切割机精度,改进拼板坡口加工工艺,管理拼板件成组物料配送,采取拼板变形预防措施,严控铆工划线组对要求,形成船体快速拼板工艺,有利于推动自动化流水线拼板作业,提升船体快速拼板产能。 The construction of floating production platform requires higher requirements,16 mm steel plate is double-sided welding,welding wire filling large,easy to cause the plate wave deformation,increase the workload of pyrotechnics correction.In this paper,from the point of view of production design,the size setting of the piece is adjusted,the piece drawing and the scribing drawing are generated by 3D software,and the welding process of the piece is optimized.From the production practice,to improve the accuracy of NC cutting machine,to improve the machining process of plate groove,to manage the group material distribution of plate parts,to take measures to prevent plate deformation,to strictly control the requirements of shop drawing line group,and to form the craft of ship hull fast plate assembling,it is beneficial to push the automatic assembly line and enhance the capacity of fast assembly line.
