一种薄壁平衡块的加工工艺分析

摘要 针对现在工厂中加工的薄壁平衡块内孔椭圆变形问题进行工艺优化分析。影响薄壁零件变形的主要因素是切削应力和装夹,因此优化工艺减少切削应力造成的工件变形,把原有的手动工装改为液压工装,以减少装夹造成的变形,改善薄壁平衡块因加工变形导致的加工质量问题。 In view of the elliptical deformation of the inner hole of the thin-walled balance weight processed in the factory,the process optimization analysis was carried out.The main factors affecting the deformation of thin-walled parts are cutting stress and clamping.Based on this,the optimization process reduces the deformation of the workpiece caused by the cutting stress and the original manual tooling is changed to hydraulic tooling to reduce the deformation caused by clamping,so as to improve the processing quality problems caused by the processing deformation of the thin-walled balance block.
