影响机械加工精度的主要因素分析

摘要 随着我国工业的不断进步,在制造业中对机械零件的加工精度要求越来越高。由于机械加工涉及的范围较广,加上厂商需求的零件数量众多、特定零件的加工难度较大等,加工精度会由于诸多客观因素受到不同程度的影响。因此,提高零件的加工精度必须采取准确有效的方法。设备正常运行的基本要素是机械零件的加工精度符合要求,但是在具体的加工过程中难以时时刻刻保证加工精度的精密度。因此,在加工过程中应高度重视影响加工精度的各种因素,关注每个加工过程,以减少零件加工出错的问题。 With the development of industry in our country,the machining precision of mechanical parts is required higher and higher in manufacturing industry.Due to the wide range of machining,the large number of parts demanded by manufacturers and the difficulty of machining specific parts,the machining accuracy will be affected by many objective factors.Therefore,accurate and effective methods must be adopted to improve the machining precision of parts.The basic element of normal operation of the equipment is that the machining accuracy of the machine parts meets the requirements,but it is difficult to guarantee the precision of the machining accuracy in the concrete process of The Hours.Therefore,in the process of machining,we should attach great importance to the factors that affect the machining accuracy and pay attention to each machining process in order to reduce the problems of machining errors.
