摘要
整体叶轮广泛应用在水利水电、汽车、飞机以及船等行业。作为关键零部件,它对所涉及的产品性能影响较大。根据整体叶轮的结构特点,通过分析叶轮的加工工艺,从而解决叶轮加工难点,保证了叶轮的加工精度和表面光洁度,使叶轮达到了预期的加工效果。
Integral impeller is widely used in water conservancy and hydropower,automobile,aircraft,ship and other industries.As a key component,it has a great impact on the performance of the products involved.According to the structural characteristics of the integral impeller,this paper analyzes the processing technology of the impeller,so as to solve the difficulties of impeller processing,ensure the processing accuracy and surface finish of the impeller,and make the impeller achieve the expected processing effect.
