摘要
直线电机具有响应快、精度高以及变速过程快等特点,多应用于机械装备领域。用于气液界面失稳的变加速加载装置,要求在一定负载的情况下,在有限的轨道长度内完成变加速度的加减速运动,且最大加速度要求维持在5g以上。通过分析不同驱动方式的原理特性,针对该装置所需加载要求,选定了LMU-40-12-12B型号的直线电机,并经过实验验证了其满足要求。
Linear motor has the characteristics of fast response,high precision and fast speed change,and is mostly used in the field of mechanical equipment.The variable acceleration loading device used for gas-liquid interface instability requires that the acceleration and deceleration of variable acceleration should be completed within a limited track length under certain load,and the maximum acceleration should be maintained above 5G.In this paper,the LMU-40-12-12B linear motor is selected by analyzing the principle and characteristics of different driving modes,and meets the requirements through experiments.
