摘要
统计数据显示,12 796根轴在淬火后发现了29根轴存在裂纹,裂纹发生率为0.227%。经过仔细梳理轴类零件热处理及热处理前的生产工序,运用FMEA及数理统计分析方法,确定并实施了9个改善点,使后续11 450根轴淬火后无裂纹。
29 shafts occurred crack,during finishing the quenching of 12796 shafts;the statistic crack rate is 0.227%.Detailed processes of heat treatment and the detailed processes before heat treatment were analyzed by FMEA and mathematical statistics method,9 improvements,were identified and finished,resulted that further 11450 shafts were free of cracks after quenching.
