With the deepening of the building of a space power,the tasks of space research and production undertaken by traditional space manufacturing enterprises have proliferated,leading to the emergence of short-term bottlenecks in the original production and operation management and control mode,there was an issue of insufficient production delivery capacity.In order to ensure the successful completion of the R&D and Production Tasks,the company has implemented a series of new measures to optimize and innovate production management and control based on the whole R&D and production process.
