党员身份感知与党员绩效研究--基于福建省调研

A Study on the Identity Perception and Performance of Party Members——Based on the Survey of Fujian Province

党员绩效是党员为党组织所做的努力及贡献的收益评价,党员的绩效直接决定了基层党组织的绩效,影响着基层党组织先进性和战斗力的发挥。加强高校基层党组织的长效机制建设,需要深入剖析党员绩效的影响因素。本调研在国内外相关文献的查阅和梳理的基础上,提炼出党员三个个体特征维度,即党员角色认同、党员规范强度和党员自我效能,以福建省高校部分高校500名预备党员和正式党员为基本研究对象,从“态度—行为”模型为着眼点,以影响个体绩效的行为态度特征为切入点,构建了党员绩效的“态度—感知—行为”影响机制模型。通过研究发现:党员的自我效能、规范强度和角色认同对党员内部人身份感知具有显著的正向影响;党员的内部人身份感知会促进党员绩效的产生,最终促进党组织绩效的提升。加强高校基层党组织建设应注重党员绩效的提升,通过建构“思维感知”教育机制提升党员效能;重视党员的主体地位和主动性,提升党员角色认知;加强教育场域建设,构建合理党员规范强度。同时,应营造基层党组织良好的内部文化氛围,增强党员组织归属感。

The performance of Party members is the evaluation of the efforts and contributions made by Party members for Party organizations.The performance of Party members directly determines the performance of grassroots Party organizations,and affects the exertion of the advanced nature and fighting capacity of the grass-roots Party organizations.To strengthen the long-term mechanism construction of the grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities,we need to deeply analyze the influencing factors of Party members’performance.Based on the literature review at home and abroad,this research extracted three dimensions of individual characteristics of Party members:role identification,standard strength and self-efficacy of Party members.Starting from the“attitude-behavior”model,this paper constructs the“attitude-perception-behavior”influence mechanism model of Party members’performance.Through the study,we found that Party members’self-efficacy,standard strength and role identity have a significant positive impact on Party members’internal identity perception;Party members’internal identity perception will promote the party members’performance,and ultimately promote the performance of the party organization.Therefore,to strengthen the construction of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities,we should improve the performance of Party members,enhance the effectiveness of Party members by constructing the“thinking perception”education mechanism,attach importance to the dominant position and initiative of Party members,enhance the role cognition of Party members,and strengthen the construction of education field,so as to build a reasonable standard strength of Party members.At the same time,we should create a good internal cultural atmosphere of grass-roots party organizations and enhance the sense of belonging of Party members.
