多数学生干部在当前高校思想政治教育工作中将会发挥越来越重要的作用,学生会是高校中常见的一个重要的团体。研究目的:探讨学生干部在高校思想政治教育中所发挥的作用。方法:通过分析高校学生思想政治教育的概念和主要作用,并在分析高校学生干部在思想政治教育中存在的具体问题的基础上找出相应的策略。结论:在实践中可以从观念、机制、队伍建设和其他等方面来发挥学生干部在高校思想政治教育中所起的作用。

Most student leaders are playing an increasingly important role in the ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Student union is an important group in colleges and universities.The object of this research is to explore the role of student leaders in ideological and political education in colleges and universities.Through the analysis of the concept and main role of ideological and political education of college students,and on the basis of analyzing the specific problems existing in ideological and political education,this paper put forward the corresponding strategies.It is concluded that in practice,we can give full play to student leaders in ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the following aspects:concept,mechanism,team building and other aspects.
