摘要
为解决传统预防性维护手段的弊端,提出了预测性维护的一般模式,并基于数字孪生技术,构建数字孪生系统,详细介绍了数字孪生驱动下的预测性维护模式,提高了设备的维护效率,降低了运维成本,增强了设备故障的可追溯性。同时,系统具备良好的可扩展性。
In order to solve the disadvantages of traditional preventive maintenance methods,this paper puts forward the general mode of predictive maintenance,constructs the digital twin system based on digital twin technology,and introduces the predictive maintenance mode driven by digital twin in detail,which improves the maintenance efficiency of equipment,reduces the operation and maintenance cost,and enhances the traceability of equipment failure.At the same time,the system has good scalability.
