摘要 为安全提升感应电机短时过载能力,提出了一种基于定子绕组温度感知与模糊策略的感应电机矢量控制方法。与传统绕组温度感知的矢量控制方法相比,该方法利用模糊PI策略控制绕组温度,再通过温度控制结果实时修正电机转矩电流分量,并搭建了电机试验平台,测试结果表明所提方法能够进一步提升感应电机的短时过载能力和热安全性。 A vector control method of induction motor based on stator winding temperature sensing and fuzzy strategy is proposed to improve the short-term overload capacity of induction motor in safety.Compared with traditional vector control method based on winding temperature sensing,the proposed method controls the winding temperature by using fuzzy PI strategy and corrects the torque current component of the motor in real time through the temperature control results.A motor platform is designed to validate effectiveness of the proposed method.The experimental results show that the proposed method can further improve the short-term overload capacity and thermal safety of the induction motor,which can effectively promote the development of the drive control technology of the induction motor.
