摘要
针对超高分子量聚乙烯(UHMWPE)抗冲击性能不足的问题,通过改变聚合工艺条件,引入共聚单体1-辛烯,研究1-辛烯对UHMWPE树脂性能的影响,考察了所得产物的热性能及力学性能。结果表明:聚合中加入少量的1-辛烯,有助于提升UHMWPE树脂的抗冲击性能,当体系内1-辛烯浓度为0.127 mol/L时,所得产物的综合力学性能达到最优状态,冲击强度为138.1 kJ/m^(2),拉伸强度为31.9 MPa,断裂伸长率为379.6%。
Aiming at the problem of insufficient impact resistance of ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene(UHMWPE),the thermal properties and mechanical properties of the resulting product were studied by changing the polymerization process conditions and introducing comonomer 1-octene.Results show that the addition of a small amount of 1-octene in the polymerization is helpful to improve the impact resistance of UHMWPE resin.When the concentration of 1-octene in the system is 0.127 mol/L,the comprehensive mechanical properties of the product reach the optimal state,with an impact strength of 138.1 kJ/m^(2),a tensile strength of 31.9 MPa,and an elongation at break of 379.6%.
