满足苛刻阻燃要求的聚碳酸酯材料的研制 被引量:1

摘要 选用全氟丁基磺酸钾、溴代三嗪等阻燃剂,通过复配或单独使用的方式构成不同的阻燃体系,采用双螺杆挤出机共混改性技术研究了不同阻燃体系对聚碳酸酯(PC)材料力学性能及阻燃性能的影响。结果表明:制备的阻燃PC材料可达到垂直燃烧V-0@0.8 mm且灼热丝起燃温度为875℃;同时,材料的缺口冲击强度>20 kJ/m^(2),热变形温度>120℃,可以满足继电器罩壳的使用要求。 Flame retardants such as potassium perfluorobutane sulfonate and bromotriazine were selected,and different flame retardant systems were formed by compounding or using alone.The effect of different flame retardant systems on the mechanical properties and flame retardant properties of polycarbonate(PC)were studied using twin-screw extruder blending modification technology.Results show that the flame retardant PC material can achieve vertical combustion V-0@0.8 mm and glow wire ignition temperature is 875℃.At the same time,the notched impact strength of the material is more than 20 kJ/m^(2),and the thermal deformation temperature is more than 120℃,which can meet the requirements of relay cover.
