摘要 从聚丙烯构型、弹性体、填料及助剂对改性聚丙烯材料进行考察,分析其对矿粉填充聚丙烯透光率及激光焊接性能的影响。结果表明:无规共聚聚丙烯比一般共聚聚丙烯具有更高的透光率;SEBS比POE具有更高的透光率,能得到更高的焊接强度;滑石粉的加入对聚丙烯的透光率具有明显的负面作用,而云母和碱式硫酸镁晶须的加入可以使填充体系的聚丙烯具有较高的透光率,从而使该材料在激光焊接后具有良好的焊接强度。 The effects of polypropylene structure,elastomers,fillers and additives on the laser transmittance and laser welding performance of modified polypropylene materials were studied.Results show that the laser transmittance of random copolymer polypropylene is higher than that of general copolymer polypropylene;SEBS has higher laser transmittance than POE,so it can get higher welding strength.The addition of talc powder has obvious negative effect on the laser transmittance of polypropylene,while the addition of mica and basic magnesium sulfate whisker can make the filled polypropylene have higher laser transmittance,so that the material has good welding strength after laser welding.
