摘要 激发人才创新活力是企业管理的重要课题,解决价值分享与收益分配是激发人才能力的重要工具。回顾和总结了企业人力资本分配机制不同的探索形式,详细阐述了普利特公司引入价值创造分享模式的必要性和价值分享模式体系内容,为探索和建立体现知识、技术等创新要素的收益分配机制提供了有益的案例和分享。 The different exploration forms of human capital distribution mechanism in enterprises are reviewed and summarized,and the necessity of introducing value creation sharing mode and the content of value sharing mode system in PRET are expounded in detail,which provides a useful case and sharing for exploring and establishing the income distribution mechanism embodying knowledge,technology and other innovative elements.
