摘要 贵州省中小型水库约占全省水库的99%,但普遍存在硬件设施明显不足、运行管理水平落后等问题。研究贵州省中小型水库运行管理信息化平台,实现运行信息采集自动化、业务管理数字化、决策分析智能化,是解决中小型水库运行管理难题的重要抓手。基于吊洞水库已有设计和建设成果,利用物联网、预报模型、移动互联网及GIS技术,紧密围绕安全监测、防洪度汛、兴利调度、应急管理、综合管理等运行管理业务重点,打造中小型水库信息化运行管理体系。该平台已在贵州省丹寨县吊洞水库应用,已基本实现水库运行管理智能化和水量调度精细化,保证水库的安全运行和经济效益的充分发挥,为贵州省中小型水库的转型升级提供有价值的参考。 Ninety-nine percent of the reservoirs in Guizhou province are medium and small reservoirs,which have problems such as shortage of hardware facilities and backward level of operation management.It is an important starting point to solve the operation management problems of medium and small reservoirs,by researching the operation management information platform of medium and small reservoirs in Guizhou province,and realizing the automation of operation information collection,digitalization of business management and intellectualization of decision analysis.Using IOT,forecast model,mobile Internet and GIS technology,the operation management information platform of medium and small reservoirs is built based on the existing design and construction achievements of Diaodong Reservoir.The platform closely focuses on key operation management business such as safety monitoring,flood controlling,dispatching,emergency management and comprehensive management.Having been applied in Diaodong reservoir,Dnazai town,Guizhou Province,the platform has basically realized the intelligent operation management and fine water dispatch of the reservoir,which ensures the safe operation of the reservoir and full function of the economic benefits,and provides a valuable reference for the transformation and upgrading of medium and small reservoirs in Guizhou Province.
