港口是“一带一路”的关键节点,在“一带一路”建设中有着举足轻重的作用。自“一带一路”倡议提出以来,港口合作稳步推进,区域互联互通成效显著,以法律、金融为基础的支持体系建设不断健全。同时,港口合作也面临合作能力欠缺、合作风险多元、合作机制不健全等三方面挑战。未来港口合作需着力提升合作水平,化解合作风险,完善合作机制。

The port is the key node of the belt and road,and plays an important role in the construction of the belt and road.Summarizing and studying the progress and challenges of current port cooperation and putting forward corresponding countermeasures are of great significance for enhancing the effectiveness of cooperation and promoting regional interconnection.Since the belt and road initiative was put forward,port cooperation has been steadily advancing,regional interoperability has achieved remarkable results,and the support system based on law and finance has been continuously improved.Meanwhile,port cooperation also faces three challenges:lack of cooperation capacity,diversified cooperation risks and imperfect cooperation mechanism.In the future,port cooperation should focus on improving cooperation level,resolving cooperation risks and improving cooperation mechanism.
