眼底病患者自我感受负担与生活质量的相关性分析

Correlation between self-perceived burden and quality of life in patients with ocular fundus disease

目的了解眼底病患者自我感受负担与生活质量现状,并探讨两者之间的相关性。方法采用一般资料调查表、自我感受负担量表及低视力者生活质量量表对145例眼底病患者进行调查,并分析患者自我感受负担与生活质量的相关性。结果眼底病患者自我感受负担总分为(34.32±1.29)分,生活质量总分为(64.17±13.02)分;自我感受负担总分与生活质量总分呈负相关(r=-0.868,P<0.01)。结论眼底病患者有中度自我感受负担,患者生活质量处于中等水平。护理人员可通过消除患者的负性情绪,帮助患者建立有效的应对方式,通过降低患者自我感受负担,以达到提高患者生活质量的目的。

Objective To investigate the status of self-perceived burden of patients with ocular fundus disease and their quality of life,and therefore to explore the influences of the self-perceived burden on the quality of life.Methods A total of 145 patients with ocular fundus disease were recruited through convenience sampling method.The data on patient basic information,self-perceived burden and life quality were acquired by a general data questionnaire,self-perceived burden scale and the low vision quality of life questionnaire.The correlation of the self-perceived burden and quality of life was analysed.Results The total scores of self-perceived burden and life quality were(34.32±1.29)and(64.17±13.02),respectively.The self-perceived burden was negatively correlated with the quality of life(r=-0.868,P<0.01).Conclusions Patients with ocular fundus disease suffer from moderate self-perceived burden and the quality of life was in the medium level.Nurses could help the patients to engage effective coping styles such as to eliminate negative emotions and improve the quality of life by reducing self-perceived burden.
