近10年德尔菲法在护理领域应用的可视化分析

Visualization analysis of the application of Delphi Method in nursing over last decade

目的了解国内近10年德尔菲法在护理领域应用的研究现状和研究热点以及存在的不足,为今后德尔菲法在临床应用提供参考。方法基于中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库和CBM数据库收录的国内学者德尔菲法的期刊文献,利用书目共现分析系统(BICOMB)软件、社会网络(Ucinet)软件、可视化分析(Netdraw)软件进行可视化分析。结果检索到目标文献共1075篇,其中发文量最多的机构是山西医科大学和山西医科大学第一医院,发文量较多的作者也来自于这些医院。研究热点集中在护理管理、护理质量评价指标体系的构建和护理教育三个方面。结论目前,德尔菲法被科研人员广泛应用于护理领域的各个方面,但研究作者之间的合作局限于同一机构中,不同科研机构之间缺乏联系合作,在函询过程中存在研究人员对该领域的把握不够充分,护理领域专家质量良莠不齐,需要研究者在今后应用中不断改进和完善,提升研究质量。

Objective To analyse the research status and research hot topics of the application of Delphi Method in the field of nursing in last decade,and provide a reference for the clinical application of Delphi Method in the future studies.Methods The literatures in the application of Delphi Method in nursing in China were retrieved from databases such as CNKI,Wanfang,Vip and CBM.The acquired data were processed for visual analysis by using Bibliographic co-discovery analysis system(BICOMB),Social Network Analysis(UCINET)and Visualization Analysis(NetDraw).Results A total of 1,075 targeted literatures were retrieved,the vast majority of the papers were from the authors who,at the time,worked in the Shanxi Medical University and the First Affiliated Hospital of Shanxi Medical University.The researches focused on nursing management,development of nursing quality evaluation index system and nursing education.Conclusions Delphi Method is now broadly applied in nursing researches,however the authors were mainly from a few and limited institutions.There are very few joint studies in different institutes.Besides,some researchers even did not know a full extent of the relevant researches in the process of inquiries by mails,in addition there is a variation in the quality of nursing experts.Therefore,nursing researchers shall constantly improve their professional capability hence to improve the quality of researches.
