摘要
目的:设计一种膝关节术后功能锻炼装置,以解决现有功能锻炼装置使用中存在的问题。方法:该装置主要由一号电动伸缩机构、二号电动伸缩机构、滑动装置和操控装置组成。一号电动伸缩机构固定患肢腿部,二号电动伸缩机构固定踝关节及足,操控装置通过操控滑动装置调整患肢高度、踝关节和足的位置和角度,使患肢处于正确的功能锻炼位置来完成膝关节功能锻炼。结果:该装置解决了因患肢长短不一使用前需要调节功能锻炼器力臂长短和高低带来的不便,提高了患者自主操控能力。结论:该膝关节术后功能锻炼装置操作简便、易于掌握,简化了功能锻炼前期的准备工作,减轻了操作者的劳动强度。
Objective To design a functional exercise device for the post-operative knee joint to eliminate the problems of the existing devices.Methods The device consisted of No.1 and No.2 motorized telescopic mechanisms,a sliding mechanism and a manipulator.No.1 motorized telescopic mechanism was used to fix the injured leg,and No.2 mechanism was applied to immobilizing the ankle and foot.The manipulator adjusted the height of the affected limb,the position and angle of the ankle and foot by means of the sliding mechanism to complete functional knee joint exercise.Results The device solved the problem of having to adjust the length and height of the functional exercise arm before exercise due to the varying length of the affected limb,and enhanced the patient's ability to control it independently.Conclusion This post-operative knee joint exercise device is easy to operate,simplifying the preparation prior to functional exercise and reducing the operator's workload.
