摘要
目的:设计一种在放射治疗中能够良好固定患者体部,且容易实现重复摆位的新型俯卧式体部固定架。方法:该装置主要由俯卧固定架和腹部可调框架组成。俯卧固定架包括头枕固定平台、头枕、把手插孔、标尺固定架、膜锁紧装置、腿部放置槽和阴部放置槽;腹部可调框架分为大、中、小3种型号,具有内凹且高度不同的腹部支撑面,可以组合使用在俯卧固定架的内部。结果:该装置固定效果好、摆位精度高,提高了患者的舒适度,减小了摆位误差。结论:该装置能够满足不同体形患者放射治疗的需要,有助于提高放射治疗的效果。
Objective To design a new prone body fixator that facilitates easy repositioning of the patient,which can be used to immobilize the patient's body during radiotherapy.Methods The fixator mainly consisted of a prone fixation frame and several abdominal adjustable frames.The prone fixation frame was composed of a headrest fixation platform,a headrest,a handle socket,a scale fixation frame,a membrane locking device,a leg resting slot and a pubic resting slot;the abdominal adjustable frames were available in large,medium and small models,each with a concave abdominal support surface of different heights,which could be used in combination inside the prone fixation frame.Results The fixator gained advantages in fixation and positioning accuracy,improving patient comfort and reducing positioning errors.Conclusion The fixator developed meets the needs of patients with different body shapes for radiotherapy.
