将军戈壁二号露天煤矿安全风险识别与分析

Safety risk identification and analysis in Jiangjun Gebi No.2 Open-pit Mine

根据新疆天池能源将军戈壁二号露天煤矿地质条件、技术条件和各生产系统与辅助系统现场实际,对露天煤矿生产过程中可能存在的安全风险进行识别,分析安全风险的种类、可能出现的区域及发生事故的类型。研究结果表明:露天煤矿主要安全风险为边坡滑坡、坍塌,爆破作业风险,火灾和车辆运输风险。有针对性地制定了风险管控措施,为指导煤矿安全生产和灾害事故预防提供依据。

According to the geological conditions and technical conditions and field practice of production system and auxiliary system in Jiangjun Gobi No.2 Open-pit Coal Mine,the article identifies the possible safety risks in the production process of the open-pit coal mine,analyzes the types of safety risks,possible areas and types of accidents.Research indicates:the main safety risks of open-pit coal mines are slope landslide,collapse,blasting operation risk,fire and vehicle transportation risk,the targeted risk control measures are formulated to provide a basis for guiding coal mine safety production and disaster prevention.
