国家发育和功能人脑组织资源库捐献者初步分析

Preliminary analysis on donors to National Human Brain Bank for Development and Function

目的初步分析国家发育和功能人脑组织资源库的人口统计学特征,介绍脑库的管理与运行经验。方法对协和脑库自2012年12月—2020年12月的捐献登记数及实际遗体捐献数、实际脑组织捐献数进行统计,并对完成人脑组织捐献者的人口统计学资料进行总结与分析。结果截至2020年12月31日,协和脑库累计收集保存人脑样本346例。捐献者中,80岁以上者占59.8%,本科及大专文化的占比37.0%,硕士及以上者占比4.9%。死亡原因以恶性肿瘤(29.2%)与心脑血管疾病(28.3%)占比较高,神经系统疾病仅占所有脑组织捐献者的8.7%。取材延误时间较短,12 h以内的占比56.1%,24 h以内的占比85.8%。结论协和脑库脑组织捐献者的人口统计学资料的总结与分析,可以反映中国人脑组织库建设与运行的现状,也可以更有针对性地了解并识别可能的捐献群体,为脑库的建设提供参考。协和脑库的管理与运行经验,主要包括对登记者与捐献者的宣传,以及脑库的自身管理与加强合作等方面,可助力中国脑计划的实施。

Objective To analyze the demographic characteristics of National Human Brain Bank for Development and Function(CAMS/PUMC Human Brain Bank)and provide the management experience of the brain bank.Methods From December 2012 to December 2020,the number of donation registrations,body donations,and brain donations from CAMS/PUMC Human Brain Bank were counted,and demographic characteristics of the donors who completed the brain donation were analyzed.Results Until December 2020,CAMS/PUMC Human Brain Bank collected a total of 346 human brain samples.Donors over 80 years old accounted for 59.8%.Donors who were undergraduate or junior college accounted for 37.0%,and donors who had a master’s degree or above accounted for 4.9%.Malignancies(29.2%)and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases(28.3%)accounted for a high proportion,and nervous system diseases accounted for only 8.7%of all brain donors.Postmortem delay was relatively short,56.1%within 12 hours and 85.8%within 24 hours.Conclusions This article summarizes the demographic characteristics of brain donors to CAMS/PUMC Human Brain Bank,which can reflect the current status of the construction and operation of the human brain bank in China,and can also be referenced to target potential donors and facilitate the construction of the brain bank.This article provides the management experience of the brain bank,which mainly includes the publicity towards registrants and donors,self-management and strengthening cooperation,which may benefit the China Brain Project.
