摘要 本科教育是高等教育体系大厦的“地基”,“本科不牢,地动山摇”。我国本科教育在经历了快速的规模扩张阶段之后,已经进入以质量提升为主的内涵式发展阶段。要提升本科教育质量,必须借鉴历史经验和国际经验并且进行哲学审辨。高质量的教育行动方案起于对培养目标的设计,只有目标正确、手段合理,才能保证结果有效。新时代,我国本科教育应将创新创业人才作为培养目标,并作为办学理念和教师行动指南,有效地应对来自国际化、信息化、普及化、个性化的挑战,全面地提升本科教育质量。 Undergraduate education is the "foundation" of higher education system which will topple if the former is not solid.After the rapid scale expansion,China’s undergraduate education has entered its intensive development phase aiming at quality improvement.In order to improve the quality of undergraduate education,we must learn from historical and international experience and make philosophical analysis.An action plan for high quality education starts with the design of pedagogical objectives.Only correct objectives and reasonable approaches can ensure effective results.In the new era,China’s undergraduate education must aim to generate innovative and entrepreneurial talent,and turn it into colleges’ operation principle and teachers’ action guide,so as to effectively deal with the challenges from internationalization,informatization,popularization and personalization,and to improve the quality of undergraduate education comprehensively.
