Vocational Education Cooperation between China and South Africa from the Perspective of"Sino-African Cooperation"

本文在全面梳理南非高等教育与职业教育历史和现状的基础之上,重点论述中国-南非职业教育的机遇与挑战,旨在强调中国职业教育"走出去"的必要性和重要性,即中国-南非职业教育合作不仅能够进一步拓展我国高等职业教育的国际市场,而且对于打造"中非命运共同体"以及在国际范围内增强中国"软实力"具有重要的战略意义。

By comprehensively examining South African higher education and vocational education,on the basis of their history and status quo,this paper mainly discusses the opportunities and challenges in Sino-South African vocational education cooperation.Emphasis is laid on the necessity and importance of the"going-out"strategy of China's vocational education.Specifically,Sino-South African vocational education cooperation can further expand the international market for China's higher vocational education,and is of tremendous strategic significance in building"Sino-African Community of Common Destiny" and enhancing China's"soft power"internationally.
