新时代高职院校学生的思政教育方法探究--职业素质与社会责任教育的协同与统一

高职学生社会责任的培养应具有全局意识,要在现有注重职业素质培养的教学设计基础上加强正确的职业观引导,使全面育人的教育宗旨得到落实。并且传统的思政教育策略有待创新以适应新一代青年学生的时代特质,从而提升教学效果。把公益性的社会服务实践纳入提升学生社会责任的思政课施教策略,使学生在实践中融入社会群体,体会职业的社会价值,在学习动力方面不局限于个人的基本生存,树立高尚的职业理想,实现职业发展的良性循环并终身受益。

The cultivation of social responsibility of vocational college students should have the overall consciousness,and the correct guidance of vocational outlook should be strengthened on the basis of the existing teaching design that pays attention to the cultivation of professional quality,so that the educational purpose of comprehensive education can be realized.The traditional ideological and political education strategies need to be reformed to adapt to the characteristics of the new generation of young students,so as to improve the teaching effect.The practice of public welfare social service should be included in the teaching strategies of ideological and political courses to enhance students'social responsibility,so that students can integrate into the social group in practice,experience the social value of occupation,enhance the learning motivation,set up a noble career ideal,and realize a virtuous circle of career development.
