精神分裂症40 Hz听觉稳态反应缺陷研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 目前已有大量证据支持γ振荡活动在精神分裂症异常皮质环路中起着重要作用,并可能作为一个潜在的研究靶点。近年来,听觉稳态反应作为研究精神分裂症异常γ振荡的电生理指标受到了广泛关注,有研究显示40 Hz听觉稳态反应缺陷与精神分裂症密切相关,故本文中对40 Hz听觉稳态反应与精神分裂症的相关研究做一综述。 There is sound evidence to support the important role of gamma oscillatory activity in abnormal cortical circuits in patients with schizophrenia and it may be used as a potential research target.In recent years,auditory steady-state response has received extensive attention as an electrophysiological indicator for the study of abnormal gamma oscillations in schizophrenia.Studies have shown that the 40 Hz auditory steady-state response defect is closely related to schizophrenia.Therefore,this article reviews the related studies on 40 Hz auditory steady-state response and schizophrenia.
