摘要
2019年航煤加氢装置经过扩能改造,由80万吨/年扩能改造为120万吨/年。本文对扩能改造前后的工艺流程、操作参数及产品收率进行了对比。对扩能改造后生产中遇到的精制航煤腐蚀不合格、闪点不合格以及原料泵出口管线振动等问题进行了分析,并提出了解决措施。
After the expansion and modification of aviation fuel hydrogenation Unit in 2019,it was transformed from 0.8 Mt·a-1 to 1.2 Mt·a-1.This paper compares the process flow,operating parameters,and product yield.After the expansion and modification of aviation Fuel Hydrogenation Unit,the problems encountered in production,such as unqualified corrosion,unqualified flash point,vibration of raw material pump outlet pipeline,etc.,were analyzed,and solutions were proposed.
