摘要
洛阳石化新建重整装置已运行近半年,各项生产运行数据基本稳定,从占能耗比重较大的燃料气、蒸汽、电及水四个方面对实际运行能耗和设计能耗对比分析,找出能耗偏差大的问题根源,制定下一步的优化方向和措施。
The newly built reforming unit of Luoyang Petrochemical Company has been in operation for nearly half a year,and all the production and operation data are basically stable.From the four aspects of fuel gas,steam,electricity and water,the actual operation energy consumption and the design energy consumption are compared and analyzed.Find out the root cause of problem of energy consumption deviation,and formulate the next optimization direction and measures.
