中小型涂装企业VOCs废气治理现状及建议

An Analysis of the Situation and Suggestions of VOCs Treatment of Small and Medium Coating Industry

通过对泸州市10家中小型涂装企业进行现场调查,从源头控制、过程控制和末端控制全过程分析中小型涂装企业VOCs废气治理现状。调查发现中小型喷涂企业存在VOCs产生源收集不全面、漆雾回收率低、VOCs废气收集系统混乱、处理工艺不适当和处理设备能力偏小等问题。建议中小型涂装企业应提高VOCs废气收集率、科学合理设计VOCs收集系统、采用适宜的VOCs处理工艺和设备以确保废气达标排放,减少VOCs对公众健康的不良影响。

A survey was conducted by 10 Small and Medium Coating Industries.The Situation of VOCs Treatment was analysis from the aspects of the source control,process control,terminal control.The survey found VOCs collecting incomplete,low recovery ratio of paint,disordered VOCs collection system,unreasonable treatment,low treatment capacity of equipment.Small and Medium Coating Industries should improve the VOCs collection efficiency,design VOCs collection system,and adopt appropriate process and equipment.
