地热水集输管线无溶剂重防腐涂料的制备与性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对地热水集输管线工况,研究腐蚀机理,研发一种环保型无溶剂管道重防腐涂料产品。以酚醛改性环氧树脂为基体树脂,以改性丁腈橡胶作为增韧剂,通过配方对比确定最佳的颜基比,采用复配的固化剂体系制备了适用于地热水集输管线内壁的无溶剂重防腐涂料,同时该涂料能够满足长输埋地管线的风送内挤涂施工工艺,一次性施工长度可达5 000 m,可常温固化。涂层耐热酸、热碱性能优异,能长期满足5%Na Cl、135℃、压力10 MPa的高温高压工况,且具有较高的湿态附着力,能够在腐蚀苛刻的工况下保持长久的防护效果,保护地热水集输管线安全平稳的运行。 In view of the working condition of geothermal water gathering and transportation pipeline,the corrosion mechanism was studied to develop an environmentfriendly solvent-free anti-corrosion coatings for linings of pipeline,which was based on phenolic modified epoxy liquid resin as the matrix resin and modified NBR rubber as the toughener,as well as an optimal P/B ratio through comparison of formulations and a compound curing agent system.At the same time,the coating could meet the requirements of the air-blast internal extrusion application process for long-distance buried pipelines.The one-time application length could reach 5000 meters.The coatings could be air dried and provided excellent acid and alkaline resistance at hot condition,and could be worked in high-temperature and high-pressure conditions of 5% NaCl,135℃ and 10 MPa for a long time,with excellent wet adhesion and a long-term protection effect under severe corrosion working condition,and protect the safe and stable operation of a geothermal wat collecting and transportation pipeline.
