摘要
以苯乙烯(St)和丙烯酸丁酯(BA)为主单体,丙烯酸(AA)为功能单体,正十二硫醇(NDM)为链转移试剂,采用双丙酮丙烯酰胺(DAAM)和乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)双重可自交联单体体系,通过半连续种子乳液聚合的方法研发一种高光泽丙烯酸乳胶,并制备成金属涂料,得到高光泽和高饱满度的金属涂层。结果表明:当DAAM用量占单体总质量的1%,A-171用量占单体总质量的0.5%,NDM用量占单体总质量的0.5%,AA用量占单体总质量的2%时,合成的自交联丙烯酸乳胶配制成涂料,在金属基材上具有优异的附着力,早期耐水性好,耐中性盐雾可达168 h,涂层的60°光泽为94.5。
Using styrene(St)and butyl acrylate(BA)as the basic monomers,acrylic acid(AA)as the functional monomer,and a dual self-crosslinking monomer system of diacetone acrylamide(DAAM)and silane ethenyltrimethoxy(A-171),and n-dodecanethiol(NDM)as the chain transfer reagent,a high gloss acrylic latex was synthesized by semi-continuous seed emulsion polymerization.The prepared acrylic latex was formulated into a metal coatings with high gloss and fullness.The results showed that when the amount of DAAM accounts for 1%of the total monomers,A-1710.5%,NDM 0.5%,and AA 2%,the coatings formulated with the synthetic self-crosslinking acrylic latex provided excellent adhesion on metal substrates and good early water resistance,the neutral salt spray test could be up to 168 h,and gloss 94.5 at 60°.
