碳纤维复合材料表面涂装工艺研究

本文对碳纤维复合材料表面的涂装工艺进行了研究,通过分析极星汽车厂第一代碳纤维跑车的实际涂装过程,完成了碳纤维复合材料的整体涂装工艺,相比传统涂装,碳纤维表面涂装应更加关注基材的来件质量、涂料低温烘烤工艺以及打磨过程中产生的打磨灰控制。

This article described the study on the coating process for the carbon fiber reinforced plastics(CFRP),Based on the analysis of the actual coating process of the first generation of CFRP sports car of Polestar Auto Company,the overall coating process on CFRP material was realized. Compared with traditional coating process,it was necessary to pay more attention to the qualities of incoming CFRP parts,low temperature baking process and dust produced during the sanding process.
