摘要
国有林区是我国重要的木材储备和生态建设战略基地,2015年,改革进入实质性推进阶段。本文从内蒙古国有林区改革的实际出发,对改革的发展历程进行反思,梳理总结了国有林区改革出现的新情况新问题,在此基础上提出相应的对策建议。
The state-owned forest region is an important strategic base for timber reserve and ecological construction in China.In 2015,the reform entered a substantive stage.Starting from the reality of the reform of state-owned forest regions in Inner Mongolia,this article reflects on the development process of the reform,combs and summarizes the new situations and problems that have emerged in the reform of state-owned forest regions,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on this basis.
