多发性骨髓瘤患者外周血CD14^(+)CD16^(+)单核细胞亚群的表达及意义 被引量:1

Expression and significance of CD14^(+)CD16^(+) mononuclear subsets in the peripheral blood of patients with multiple myeloma

摘要 目的观察多发性骨髓瘤患者外周血CD14^(+)CD16^(+)单核细胞亚群的表达及意义。方法选择2018年1月—2019年8月在滨海县人民医院就诊初治多发性骨髓瘤患者30例,选取同期同年龄段健康体检者作为对照组。比较2组患者的外周血CD14^(+)CD16^(+)单核细胞亚群比例的差异;多发性骨髓瘤组患者行唑来膦酸治疗2周期后,比较治疗前后CD14^(+)CD16^(+)单核细胞亚群比例的差异。结果多发性骨髓瘤组的CD14^(+)CD16^(+)单核细胞亚群比例明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。多发性骨髓瘤组患者治疗后CD14^(+)CD16^(+)单核细胞亚群比例明显低于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论多发性骨髓瘤患者外周血CD14^(+)CD16^(+)单核细胞亚群比例升高,并且提示与溶骨性损害相关。 Objective To investigate the expression and significance of CD14^(+)CD16^(+) mononuclear subsets in the peripheral blood of patients with multiple myeloma.Methods A total of 30 patients with multiple myeloma who were admitted to the People′s Hospital of Binhai County for primary treatment from January 2018 to August 2019 were enrolled.Meanwhile,age-matched health subjects were enrolled as a control group.Both groups were compared for the proportion of CD14^(+)CD16^(+) mononuclear subsets in the peripheral.After two cycles of treatment with zoledronic acid,the proportions of CD14^(+)CD16^(+) mononuclear subsets in multiple myeloma patients before and after treatment were compared.Results The proportion of CD14^(+)CD16^(+) monocyte subsets in the multiple myeloma group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,the proportion of CD14^(+)CD16^(+) monocyte subsets in the multiple myeloma group was significantly lower than that before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusions The proportion of CD14^(+)CD16^(+) mononuclear subsets in the peripheral blood of patients with multiple myeloma increases,which may be associated with osteolytic lesions.
